Because we operate with discounted pricing and try to offer the best deals possible our return policy is limited.  We can not accept returns for electrical items, parts which have been installed, manufacturer discontinued items or special ordered items.  If you ordered the wrong parts we can try to help you correct the problem but if your original order was not something we normally carry we unfortunately can't accept your parts back due to the high cost (25%) restocking fees at Columbia and Tomberlin plus shipping.  If we mistakenly sent the wrong part however please contact us so we can make it right with you.
