At EV Technical Services we believe that keeping your vehicle performing to standards should be simple and finding the documents to enable that should be just as easy.  We have tried to collect all that information in our online store for you so  you can download at no cost. 

Please see the below links which will take you to each download.  Our partners at Columbia, Tomberlin, EX-GO, Cushman, Icon and Parcar have kindly provided this information at no cost and we are happy to share this information with you.  

But first, a few important cautions to note:

• Service procedures can sometimes present safety hazards.  If not experienced or trained in vehicles service we recommend consulting an authorized or otherwise trained technician before proceeding with unfamiliar service work. All safety precautions must be noted and followed.
• Parts numbers are often superseded to new numbers so the parts you ordered may  be labelled differently than what you receive. Due to the amount of time required to constantly update part catalogs it is difficult to keep up with the changes in todays supply chains.
• Service bulletins are NOT automatic warranty upgrades.  Bulletins are issued to inform technicians of changes for any of the following reasons: 

Informational tips for troubleshooting;

Material changes;

Obsolescence of a certain part;

An in-process change of a component or assembly;

Various other reasons.

• Documents are not to be altered or sold in any way.  These documents are shared as a courtesy and much time has been spent by Columbia, Tomberlin, Textron, Icon and EV Technical Services to make these available to you.  Please be respectful and considerate.
• As Service Manuals, Bulletins or Tech Tips are most often designed for Dealer Technicians only, by downloading these items you hereby agree to be bound by the EV Technical Services technician requirements for safety and industry standards regarding Columbia, Tomberlin, Textron and Icon vehicles.
